Sunset Yoga Nidra on the Farm
Join Sherri Tuck for an extra special Yoga on the Farm experience. Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep” is a guided meditation designed to put the body in a state of deep relaxation. In this class Sherri will guide you through a gentle yoga practice that will end in a 30 minute Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra is beneficial to anyone seeking to reduce stress and relieve anxiety. Students are encouraged to bring blankets or pillows to enhance the Nidra experience. Yoga on the Farm is always a donation-based class. Proceeds will be used to make improvements to the Urban Farm as we continue our mission to grow fresh food for the food insecure in our community.
